  We are therefore filing a claim with the agent of the shipping company and the underwriters, while we are holding them at your disposal.

  If you Keep the damaged goods, we are prepared to invoice them at 30% of the list price.
6. »óÀÚ ³»ºÎ¸¦ ä¿ö ³ÖÀº °ÍÀÌ ´À½¼ÇÏ¿© ÄÅ°ú Á¢½ÃµéÀÌ ±úÁ³½À´Ï´Ù.
  The stuffing inside the case was so loose that some cups and plates have been broken.
7. ¼Õ»óÀº ³Ê¹« ½ÉÇÏ°Ô Ãë±ÞÇÏ¿´±â ¶§¹®À̶ó°í »ý°¢ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
  It is quite clear that the damage was due to rough handling.

  We regret to find on opening up 200 cases of glass delivered here yesterday that nearly all are badly scratched.
9. À̵é ÆÄ¼Õ ºÎºÐÀ» ÁÖÀÇ ±í°Ô Á¶»çÇÑ °á°ú ±× ÆļÕÀº ¼±¹Ú ȸ»çÀÇ ºÎÁÖÀÇÇÑ Ã³¸®¿¡¼­ ±âÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù´Â °á·ÐÀ» ³»¸®°Ô µÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù.
  A careful study of these damaged parts has forced us to the conclusion that the damage has been caused through careless handling by the shipping company.
10. ÆļÕÀº ÁÖ·Î ¹°Ç°ÀÇ Æ÷Àå ºÒ·®¿¡ ±âÀÎÇÑ °Í °°½À´Ï´Ù.
  The damage appears to have been mainly caused by the faulty packing of the goods.
